workshop will help you prepare for a spontaneous "pre-planned"
30-second presentation / meeting that could result in the
desired outcome or a 30-minute presentation to senior management,
decision-makers or the customer. The results? "Changing Minds,
Lives and Bottom Lines."

1. Discover an effective approach in initiating a results
oriented discussion with business, technical and production
personnel.
