Overview: Three-Day Workshop (with 2-video captures per participant, assessments / feedback)

Making presentations, speaking in front of others or facilitating a meeting can be overwhelming! This workshop is designed to help you develop the skills and build the competencies you need to make effective presentations on any topic and facilitate a meeting for any sized group. In this dynamic, highly interactive program you will discover how to prepare, deliver, facilitate and evaluate presentations and meetings for maximum effectiveness and impact.

   • Develop and apply strategies to deal with difficult individuals, questions and situations.

   • Identify criteria by which to evaluate the success of the presentation or meeting.
