Overview:
Two-Day
Workshop
Good technical skills and management competencies, you have
them. Technical skills that are "Detailed, To-the Point, Results
Oriented, Get-it-Done-Right-the First-Time skills." But when
the role calls for strong leadership and people skills to
motivate, support, train, give feedback, reward, or in short,
lead your group or team to achieve objectives, the tactical
day-to-day technical management style jumps to the forefront.
Although transitioning from Technical Manager to Leadership
Role takes a dedicated effort on your part, you can make the
move successfully.
Being passed over for internal promotions from perceptions
that technical managers can't be strong leaders? This workshop
will help you prepare for the transition to leadership role,
sharpen your leadership skills and competencies and help you
develop a better leadership-teaming model.
