We want you to get the most from your workshop experience. The In Formation Comany provides: a highly interactive workshop with ample opportunity to practice; a collaborative learning environment; the latest in tools, materials, research, and industry information; comprehensive course materials, lessons learned and best practices that you can use back on the job. These courses are Pre-Developed ready for instructor-lead workshops. Each pre-developed course can be custom tailored for a specific on-site workshop program application.

"Your Material" Workshop and Seminar Facilitation.

Already have an in-house training program developed or purchased a pre-developed program? The In Formation Company can provide a qualified Trainer / Facilitator / Instructor for presentation of the materials.

With as little as 2-weeks lead time, our Training Team instructors can review your program, meet with in-house groups, complete any final "Needs Assessment", familiarize themselves with the materials and present the program at any location you choose.

If "Your Material" needs updating, minor customization or does not have presentation overheads or PowerPoint® slides, the Training Team can provide development of the materials as additional services.

"Your Company's" Training Program Development

Needing to set up an in-house Training Department? Our Training Team Consultants can work with "Your Company's" task force group to develop, document, and launch a basic Training Department Program.

The Training Team Leader

The In Formation Company, training development, instruction and facilitation group is led by seasoned Consultant and Trainer Glin W. Jay, CFM, CPM, ATMB, a certified training developer / instructor, certified facility manager, certified project manager, and veteran engineering consultant. Glin has over 25 years experience in assessing, planning, developing, designing, constructing and managing facilities, facility management teams and design-build programs across the US and Internationally.

The Training Team

A dedicated team of talented training professionals is responsible for every successful training solution. This team includes instructional designers, technical writers, graphic designers and programmers. Our creative director ensures each project is imaginative and inviting. All these individuals work together to produce training programs which are as effective as they are engaging.
